ViralMagic does not offer refunds for any subscription or service. Once a payment has been processed and the service has been accessed, it is considered non-refundable. We encourage users to take full advantage of the free trial before committing to a paid subscription.
In the event of a technical issue that prevents access to our services, we may offer account credits or extensions at our discretion. Any refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase, along with sufficient evidence of the problem.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
